About IABC Regina
IABC, or International Association of Business Communicators, is a non-profit
international network for professionals engaged in strategic business communication
management. Its members worldwide adhere to a strict code of ethics and can
earn the professional designation of Accredited Business Communicator (ABC).
Learn about the international body at www.iabc.com.
IABC Regina is part of IABC International, a not-for-profit organization
and global network of over 100 IABC chapters around the globe. We serve close
to 200 professional communicators and students in and around Regina. We offer
products, services, activities and networking opportunities to help local
people and organizations achieve excellence in public relations, employee
communications, marketing and public affairs. Through our monthly electronic
newsletter, Connections, we keep members up to date on important events and
initiatives at the local, district and international levels. Volunteer board
members govern IABC Regina. They are communication professionals who volunteer
their time and energy to create value for members. Our board is elected annually,
and is charged with providing the chapter’s membership with opportunities
for networking, learning and growth.
